Stuffed Cucumber Leaves
Basically a porcupine meatball, wrapped in a leaf, then steamed.
Comparable to a cabbage roll or grape leaf.
However, this will be my last experiment with them. Nope. I did not find them to be very delicious. Mine had a bitter taste that attacked my taste buds.
Ingredients
- cucumber leaves
- Italian sausage
- rice
- onion
- olive oil
- water
- lemon juice
Mix burger, rice and onion together.
Put forkful on leaf. Roll up. Place in rice cooker. Add water, olive oil. Water.
Cook for 70 minutes.
