Squirrel - Cooked and Reheated
So far, all I can say is, it may smell good.
Well. Apparently the mushy stuff is sawmill gravy. Unfortunately, it does not regain its gravy consistency after frozen.

The flavor did permeate the meat and did make it flavorful.
So. Squirrel. Sawmill gravy. Boiled together until squirrel is tender. Then, frozen.
Then, I unfroze it with the microwave and then heated it through in the oven. 350 degrees.
We ate it. It was tasty.
