A baked, wheat cracker.
This wheat is grown in Michigan. The cracker, inspired probably, by early blanket weavers, is carefully assembled and then baked.
Creamy Cheese Spread
A sharp cheddar cheese, mixed with smoked bacon pieces.
You know me, I cannot eat a cracker without pondering how they put it together. This cracker is a bunch of crunchy strips woven together. It's a fairly common weave. Strips in one direction. Turn, strips across those strips. Turn strips across again, in between previous strips.
Then, fold over.
