Sponge Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 125g sugar
  • 115g All purpose Flour
  • Vanilla Essence
  • 10g Chocoa powder

METHOD:

In a bowl, take 4 eggs beat them slowly with the help of beater. Add 125g of sugar gradually mix them until they become fluffy or until double in its size. Now add 115g of all purpose flour also add it gradually, add 10g of chocoa powder mix with the help of hand whisk. Add vanilla essence mix again slowly slowly.

Now grease the 7 inches of pan with the help of flour and oil. Apply the butter paper in the pan. Pour the chococate cake mixture in the pan.

Preheat the oven for about 20 minutes. Put the cake pan in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Bake the cake in 180C.

After 25-30 minutes chocolate cake is ready for eating. It seems like fluffy, yummy and tasty in eating.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Check the cake with a small stick.
  • If the stick comes out fluidy, then cake is not ready
  • Again bake the cake for about 5-10 minutes.
