About Spicy Sausage Gravy

I don't know if it is being from Texas or what, but I have a love for spicy food. This gravy adds a little spice to breakfast without being too hot. It goes great on biscuits or anywhere you would want some sausage gravy.

  4. Slowly add milk, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stirring the whole time, cook until nice and thick to your liking. If it gets too thick, add more milk. It should take about 8-10 minutes to thick.
