Spicy Pork Chops

The seasoning in these pork chops are a combination of just a few ingredients which is a good thing because it brings out more of the pork chop flavor .

Spicy Pork Chops
Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1/4 Cup of Chili Sriracha
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tab of butter

Methods

  1. To begin working on these pork chops using a large zip lock bag open it and add the chili sriracha, garlic, salt and pepper in the bag. Wash off the pork chops pat them dry using a paper towel then add then too the bag make sure they are covered and and marinate for 30 minutes and or up to 24 hours.
  2. Set pork chops aside in your refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. After letting your pork chops marinate remove the pork chops from the zip lock bag and shake of any extra marinade then place them on a plate.
  4. Heat up the olive oil in a skillet on a medium high heat and also add the tab of butter, when the butter is melted and the oil is hot add the pork chops. Cook on medium high heat on each side for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame, cover and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
