The soy sandwich has no mayonnaise, you can sprinkle some pepper over the stuffing and enjoy with drinks.

Soybean it self a versatile, there are many products of not only seeds but also soy nuggets, milk, flour, sauce are more popular especially in the world of vegetarian. A small seed is a power pack of minerals and vitamins to build our bone.

Description

For preparing the sandwich one of the long process is its taking time to soak around 8 to 10 hours or you can soak it in water over night.

After soaked discard the water and boil in a pressure cooker for 15 to 20 minutes. The soy seeds take time to cook inside.

Ingredients

  • 5 brown bread
  • 1/2 cup soybean seeds
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 - 3 green chillies, seeded chopped
  • 1 handful basil, chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • shredded cheese mozzarella

Instructions

Preparing stuff

Clean and rinse soybean seeds, soak in enough water overnight.

Add salt and 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker and add soaked soy seeds. Pressure cooker over lower-medium flame until it gets soft around 15 to 20 minutes. Allow it to cool on room temperature.

In a pan heat oil (3 tsp), add onions, green chilies, turmeric and garlic into it. When the onions are soft and tomatoes. Fry the tomatoes until mushy.

Now add boiled soy beans and fry them occasionally until water absorbed.

Sprinkle chopped basils over the beans and off the flame.

Assemble the bread

Slightly toast the breads.

Lay 4 breads on board, spread 2 tablespoon of stuffing’s on each breads, scatter cheese over the stuffed breads, the quantity you desired to add. Now make a stack of 4 layer of breads and top with a final toasted bread.

Place the stacked brad on a pan and toasted with olive oil on both the sides of bread until crisp and brown. Halve and serve hot with any juice.
