2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lb / 906 g.)
1/3 cup (85 mL) low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 minced garlic cloves
1 inch grated ginger
Sliced green onions
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice, garlic and ginger. Put the pork tenderloins in the slow cooker. Salt and pepper well. Pour the sauce over the pork. Cook on LOW in slow cooker for 1.5/2 hours or until meat temperature reaches 140°F. Open your oven to BROIL and adjust to use the middle rack. Transfer pork to an aluminum pan. Transfer the cooking liquid to a small cauldron. Bring to a boil and simmer until you get a slight reduction. Brush pork with sauce and cook on BROIL for about 5 minutes. Serve the rest of the sauce with the pork. Garnish with green onions.
