Shrimp - Frozen to Deep Fried

I like to deep fry mine for 3 minutes, on high. This ensures that the coating is dark golden brown and crunchy.

Once taken out of the fryer basket, drained and cooled in a paper towel lined cake pan.

I ate mine dipped in a raspberry syrup.
