Shashlik
INGREDIENTS:
FOR SHASHLIK:
- Half kg Chicken Breast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilies powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Capsicum
FOR SAUCE:
- 3 tsp BBQ sauce
- 3 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Chili sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch Yellow Colour
METHOD:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Then in a bowl, add chicken, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, 4 tbsp kitchup mix all the things and rest aside for about 1.5 hour.
Now in another bowl, cut tomatoes, onion and cupsicum in square style. Now in a stick put one piece of onion, cupsicum, tomato and chicken then again tomato, onion, capsicum and chicken as shown in the picture. Prepared all the sticks in the same manner.
In a pan, add 3 tsp BBQ, 3 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp chili sauce, 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, 4 tsp kitchup, add half cup water and one pinch of yellow colour cook it for about 5 minutes, as the water squees a little bit and sauce looks like sticky. Leave aside for about half hour
After half hour, cook shashlik sticks in the grill pan add this suace material gradually. Cook all the shashlik in this same manner for about 5- 8 minutes.
Your delicious shashlik is ready for eating, serve shashlik with the boiled rice.
