Shrimp With Cheese Pizza Recipe

- Instructions:
- Make the pizza dough: This takes about 15 minutes to make and 45 minutes to rest.
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. (If you don’t have a pizza stone, you can make the pizza on a baking sheet.)
- Prepare the toppings: If frozen, thaw the shrimp in advance. Mince the garlic. Pat the shrimp dry. In a medium bowl, mix the shrimp with the minced garlic and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt. In a medium skillet, heat the butter on medium high heat. Cook the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through, turning them with tongs. When done, transfer the shrimp to a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta with the ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Bake the pizza: When the oven is ready, dust a pizza peel with cornmeal or semolina flour. Stretch the dough into a circle. Then gently place the dough onto the pizza peel.
- Spread the seasoned ricotta onto the dough then ¼ cup of the mozzarella cheese. Add the shrimp, reserving the butter at the bottom of the bowl. Top with the remaining ¼ cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Add a sprinkle of the reserved butter. Use the pizza peel to carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone. Bake the pizza until the cheese and crust are nicely browned, about 5 to 7 minutes in the oven (or 1 minute in a pizza oven). Top with the chopped parsley. Slice into pieces and serve immediately.

Instructions:
- Defrost your shrimp then season them with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Start to cook your cauliflower crust – you bake it on baking sheet at 450 for 10-12 minutes on each side before topping it.
- While the crust is baking, add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest, cook for 30 seconds to a minute.. stirring frequently.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. They should be cooked through but not over-cooked because they will cook longer when they’re being baked on the pizza.
- Remove skillet from heat. Once the crust is done baking (before toppings), spoon the lemon/olive oil sauce from the skillet onto the crust evenly. You just want a very thin layer.. the cauli-crusts can get soggy with too much liquids.
- Top with shredded mozzarella then evenly distribute the shrimp on top. Sprinkle with parmesan, dried basil, and red pepper flakes. Bake according to box directions. Top with fresh chopped parsley if desired and cut into slices.

- Place baking stone in oven and preheat to 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and lemon zest, cook for one minute.
- Add the wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook only until pink. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough. Place on a cornmeal or parchment paper lined pizza peel.
- Brush dough with garlic-lemon sauce from pan. Top with shrimp, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Slide pizza onto preheated baking stone and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately.

Instructions:
- Place a pizza stone on the lowest oven rack and heat the oven to 500 degrees for one hour. Allow the pizza dough to rest covered on the counter while the oven is heating.
- Pat and stretch the pizza dough to form a circle. Place on a cornmeal dusted pizza peel and prick all over with a fork. Brush the top with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the gruyere and mozzarella cheese over the top, leaving a half inch border around the edges. Drizzle with additional olive oil. Slide the pizza onto the heated baking stone and bake for six minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven. Lay the shrimp on top of the cheese, then sprinkle the lemon zest, minced garlic, and half a cup of Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the shrimp is cooked, and the crust is golden brown and puffy, about 4 minutes.

- With a pizza roller or rolling pin, I actually use both, roll out your pizza dough all the way to the edge of your pizza stone or prefer pizza baking pan. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the pesto sauce over the pizza followed by the mozzarella cheese.
- Arranged the shrimp and onions over the top followed by the garlic and half the parsley. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown a bit and the top in bubbling.

- Set up a grill with heat source, coals or gas, on one side over medium-high. Clean and lightly oil hot grill.
- On a lightly floured work surface, stretch or roll 1 piece Basic Grilled Pizza Dough or 4 ounces store-bought dough into a 10-inch-long oval or other desired shape. Brush one side lightly with Herb Oil or olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Using your hands, place dough, oiled side down, directly over heat source. Brush dough with herb oil or olive oil and cook until underside is lightly charred and bubbles form all over top, 1 to 2 minutes. With tongs, flip dough and cook until lightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes. Slide dough to cooler side of grill.

- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with 2 tablespoons of pesto. Set aside.
- On a well floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Place dough circle on a parchment paper lined pizza peel or backside of a baking sheet.
- Spread .25 cup of pesto sauce over the top of the pizza dough. Place the shrimp on top of the pesto in a single layer. Sprinkle on the mozzarella and goat cheeses, and finally the tomato slices. Slide pizza onto the hot baking stone and bake for 10 to 14 minutes, depending on your oven.

- Instructions:
- Prepare a pizza Dough: in the bowl of a mixer, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast on low speed for about 15 seconds with paddle attachment. Add oil and warm water. Mix for 1 minute.
- Change to dough hook and add the next 1 cup of flour and mix again. Add the remaining 3/4 cup of flour and mix until mixture begins to form a ball and pull from sides of bowl.
- Sprinkle with a little more flour and dust hands with flour as well. Remove dough, pat and flatten. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread dough onto pizza pan flattening and stretching it out to edges. Partially bake crust for 7 minutes before adding topping.
- Pizza Topping: melt butter and 1 tbsp. olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and saute for about 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp and cook for about 3-4 more minutes. Turn off heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley. Spread alfredo sauce onto partially baked crust. Top with shrimp mixture. Top with provolone slices, shredded cheese, and bacon. Bake for 7-10 more minutes. Serve immediately.
