350 degrees. Melt butter in microwave. Line cooking sheet with aluminum foil. Put lemon juice on pan. Sprinkle a package of good seasons zesty Italian on the juice. Lay frozen shrimp on pan and spoon butter on each piece.
Cook for 10 minutes. Flip shrimp over. Bake 10 more minutes. Check temperature. 75 degrees. Flip over, add 15 minutes to timer.
At 20 minutes, the temperature of the shrimp wasn't up to any safe temperature, so I added 15 minutes to the cooking time.
That made the difference.
