The scallops were frozen. The bacon sliced in half, the long way. A piece around each scallop. Butter melted on poured on each scallop.
Oven 425 degrees F. 16 minutes to start.
Then, I flipped them the temperature seemed good, but I felt the bacon needed to be done more. I flipped all of the scallops over and cooked them another 10 minutes.
Satisfied that there was a little golden coloring due to the butter, I served them.
- 1 pound bacon
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- dill weed
- maple syrup
- garlic powder
- better burger seasoning
