I had four scallops left from my frozen scallops package. I was deep frying potato balls and thought it would be a good time to experiment.

- ground stovetop stuffing
Minnesota Times declares, "Char Milbrett doesn't observe convention, and (gasp) deep fries frozen scallops" (and, hmmm, they are kind of tasty)
Well. Imaginary newspaper, or not..
They were quick and easy. Probably 10 minutes from freezer to stomach.
