Does anybody know how to add red chili to the inside of a broasted chicken?

I was always told that flax oil should never be used for cooking because cooking breaks down the lignans. But then again, maybe you don't care. :) This recipe looks really good. I have to wait quite a while before I can eat real people food. :)

Sounds delicious. Will have to add a few ingredients to our next shopping list. The photo makes it look enticing.
