Sausage - Farmer or Ring Cooked to Yummy Perfection
Using large kettle, fill half full with water, covering sausage. Bring to a boil.
Cover, turn heat down to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes. Internal temperature 165.
Pull out of water into dish, remove casing and slice.
Bring to Boil - Then Simmer Covered 20 Minutes
