So, you have become a bit weary of your get-togethers and have searched high and low for just the right finger food. Do not worry. Here is the ideal food choice that you have been looking for. I should know. I have enjoyed foods of most all types and names, but this food recipe is tough to beat even by my own estimations.
Here Are Your Tasty Ingredients:
2 dozen raw oysters (3 dozen depending on the size of your get-together)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. hot sauce (I cannot name the brand)
1/2 gal. Cajun Mustard (again, depending on the size of your party)
3 fresh Lemons (sliced into quarters) optional
Here is All That You do . . .
After the raw oysters have been thoroughly-washed, place them on a plate or dish and allow them to sit overnight in your refrigerator, and if you have the will-power, you are in great shape.
Simply take the cajun mustard, salt, and hot sauce and put into your blender and make sure that the blended outcome is a nice sauce that you can place near your guests' plates. Yes, this finger-food is a bit barbaric, but it is a lot of fun to get the tasty raw oyster, dip it in the Cajun Oyster Sauce and let your mouth and oyster have one delicious party.
As for the lemon slices, these are optional for those who do not go for lemon juice squeezed on the oyster.
Actually, you can leave-off the salt if you are not used to salt and some argue that you can substitute white sugar in the place of salt and the taste will not be harmed. Eat and enjoy.

One of my brothers loved oysters. Me? Not so much. But my daughter did the strangest thing. She mixed ketchup with oyster sauce and used it on her pasta. I was quite surprised that I liked the taste. By the way, your sauce recipe would also be awesome n fried chicken wings.
