Pumpkin Pancakes For Fall

Fall is here and that means so are the pumpkins. Here is a wonderful recipe to use after you carve that pumpkin. you can use canned pumpkin if you would like but fresh taste the best.

Ingredients

  • 2c cold milk
  • 2c pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 4 c all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Mix the wet ingredients together.
  2. Sift in dry ingredients and mix well
  3. With 1/4 c Scoop or measuring cup Pour onto hot pan with butter or oil.
  4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side on medium heat.
  5. Top with syrup you can also add pecans if you would like.
