The two pumpkins were selected on size. The orange pumpkin needed to be big enough for the smaller pumpkin to be inserted inside.
The top was sliced off using a Dremel Mighty Max oscillating saw. The pumpkin pulp and seeds were scooped out. I retained the seeds for roasting later.

Ok. Pumpkin Eye Ball Complete - Now Roast Seeds
Remove excess pulp. Wash
Coat with olive oil. Use a non salt Mrs. Dash mix. Then, seasoned salt. Spread seeds on a pan in single layer.
350 degrees for 12 minutes or so, stirring every five minutes until they are golden brown.
You can eat both the outside and the inside.
