Simple Yet Complicated
Cut your onions, slice your pickles and tomatoes. Mix your onions with the burger. Form patties. Use patty maker if necessary.
Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place patties on foil. Place pan in oven under 500 degree broiler. Cook 10 minutes.
Flip burgers over. Cook another 9 minutes. Check for doneness: temperature checker, blood oozing, cut open. Burger should not be pink. Pink pork is undercooked. Cook 2 more minutes.
When done, place on bun and cover with condiments of your own choosing. Enjoy!
