A pinch of fresh ginger

A pinch of dill

Crack black to taste

Hellman's vegan mayonnaise

4 6" hard rolls, (gutted out)

4 slices of thinly sliced gouda cheese

Methods

Let's start putting this vegan cheese steak together, What I want you to do is to saute the yellow onions so they can bring out all of that good sweetness that is packed inside the onions.

Now using a heavy duty large skillet add 1 tablespoon of butter with the skillet on a medium heat, add the sliced onions and saute for 4 to 6 minutes until the onions are lightly brown, season the shallots with sea salt and the cracked pepper when they are lightly browned removed from the skillet on to a plate cover to keep warm until needed again.

Now using a large heavy duty skillet on a medium heat add the other tablespoon of butter, add your mushrooms, let them start to sweat down so the mushrooms seem moist and juicy for about 5 minutes, maybe 6.

At this most then start adding your onions, fresh garlic, dill, green pepper, ginger and tamari sauce. Let this mixture continue to saute for another 2 minutes to marry in all the flavor and then add the chili pepper.

Mix in all the ingredients well using a wooden spoon, then grab your hard rolls, gut them out then add a nice coat of Hellman's vegan mayonnaise between each roll, set aside. Now take your mushroom mixture and make them into 4 evenly placed piles long enough to cover the rolls, add your slices of gouda cheese onto each roll then place 1 roll over top of each mushroom mixture.

Turn off your skillet, grab your serving plates and using a a long handled spatula, plan your hand on top of the roll and us your spatula and go under the mixture and flip over your mushroom gouda cheese steak place on each serving plate and enjoy, All I can say is yum.
