Pecan Pie with Tuaca Brandy
Pecan Pie
Make the crust. Roll flat the size of your pie plate. Form to plate, to top edge.
Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
Egg Mixture:
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 3 eggs
On the Bottom of the Crust:
- 1 cup pecan halves

The inside ingredients (egg Mixture) just gets mixed together and poured over the nuts in the dough filled plate.
375 degrees for 50 minutes.
The pie needs to cool and upon cooling will be thickened.
