- 300 grams Dark chocolate
- 1 cup Whipping cream
- 10 Oreo cookies
Let's we move on to the recipe
Roughly crunched the chocolate and add into a bowl Then add ¼ cup of heavy cream and double boil it
Double boiler method:
In a double boiler, water is placed in a pot that sits on the burner. On top of the pot, a glass or metal bowl holds the ingredients you're cooking. The steam from the simmering water warms the contents of the bowl every so gently with indirect heat
Take the cookies in ziplock back and crush the cookies untill fine crumble.
Add whipping cream in chilled bowl and whip the cream untill smooth and soft peaks
Now add the chocolate mixture to the whipping cream and gently fold the cream. Our chocolate cream is ready now
Now the last step layer the crumble and chocolate with 2 to 3 layers in 8oz glass our chocolate mousse is ready to serve
- You can use White chocolate too...
- You can set it in a fridge for an hour and enjoy the chocolate mousse
