Orange Ginger Sauce for Dipping

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Place in food processor

With a peeler, peel ginger, cut into small chunks. With same peeler, remove orange peel from orange.

I used a food chopper. Place soy sauce in food processor with ginger and orange peel. I used high speed on pulse until the pieces were reduced.

Use rest of orange for something else. Perhaps I could have removed the juice, but I did not.

All ingredients in pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce slightly until thickened.

Store leftovers in jar in refrigerator.
