- 1 1/2 cups orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 orange peel
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
With a peeler, peel ginger, cut into small chunks. With same peeler, remove orange peel from orange.
I used a food chopper. Place soy sauce in food processor with ginger and orange peel. I used high speed on pulse until the pieces were reduced.
All ingredients in pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce slightly until thickened.
Store leftovers in jar in refrigerator.
