Seemed to Work
The tangy taste of the vinegar really enhances the flavor. I grilled them for 20 minutes. No flipping. No moving. Just grill until there is a brown circle baked around them.
30 minutes might even add another dimension of flavor. I will try them again and see later.
I got out some seasoned salt, but never used it. Later, I fried some in butter in a frying pan, on one side until they were browned. That was good as well.
