Mushrooms - Deep Fried to a Crispy Crunch

Ingredients

  • mushrooms
  • beer
  • flour
  • 3 eggs and water
  • saltines
  • oil

Flour bowls.

Bowl one: beer or water.

Bowl two: flour.

Bowl three: three eggs, 2/3 cup water.

Bowl four: fine cut saltine crackers.




Wash the mushrooms. Dip in the beer. Roll in and under flour. Dip in eggs. Roll in and under cracker crumbs. Collect on plate.


Place in deep fryer for 3 minutes. Then flip to cook other side. The , place into dish lined with paper towels to drain.

Eat.

(Let cool slightly...)
