The ground beef was raw. The onions were raw. The fresh mushrooms and peppers were raw, but frozen, so I microwaved them to thaw quickly.
Then I followed the package details. I had chopped up some saltine crackers and the package called for some. I added the saltines last, after I mixed up all the other ingredients.
Then, I formed burgers with my burger squisher. I only had six buns, so I only used enough burger to make six burgers. I put the rest in a zip lock bag for later use.
Under the broiler until the top of the burgers were browned. Then, flip over for a few minutes until the top is browned.
They were juicy and delicious.
