Easy No-Bake Mango Soufflé Recipe

  • 6 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 tablespoons warm water


  1. Dissolve gelatine in cold water.
  2. Add warm water to the dissolved gelatine and keep it aside.
  3. Remove the skin of mangoes and slice it into small pieces.
  4. Blend the mango slices in a mixer to obtain a smooth pulp.
  5. Transfer this pulp to a large bowl.
  6. Add fresh cream to the mango pulp and beat well.
  7. Gradually add sugar to this mixture and mix well until it dissolves completely.
  8. Now add gelatin to this mixture and mix well.
  9. Pour this mixture to small serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  10. Serve chilled with mango slices toppings.
