Brief about the Malai kabab

Kabab is a kind of dish which smells very soft. Easy to handle and easy to eat. The taste of tendor chicken and fried onions which sprinkle over it gives good crispy and chatpata taste to this dish.

“If I had a pound for every kebab I've eaten, the economy would be in a better state.” “There will not be peace until access to the kebab is universal.” “I believe I once tried a kebab. As I remember it was a large one.”

“The chicken kebab is moist and fragrant; the chicken chunks fall apart when I bite into them, and the aromas of turmeric and parsley flood my senses. I have to close my eyes to take in all the flavors- spicy, salty, meaty. The doogh is equally delicious; I swear I've never drunk something so creamy, so minty, so refreshing.”
