Brief about the Malai kabab

Kabab is a kind of dish which smells very soft. Easy to handle and easy to eat. The taste of tendor chicken and fried onions which sprinkle over it gives good crispy and chatpata taste to this dish.

She knew He love Kababs.

But never did she know,

Her heart would end up minced.

Cooking Ingredients

  • 1 breast minced, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 onions
  • 4 to 5 green chillis
  • 3 inches ginger
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bread slices
  • half teaspoon salt
  • half teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala


  1. Take a chopper, add Coriander powder and cumin seeds chopped well.
  2. Now take a onion, cloves of garlic and inch of ginger, green chilies cut and put into the same chopper, chop well untill all the things well combined.
  3. Take a slice of bread, and make bread carms of it, pour out it into a separate plate.
  4. Now add chicken breast into the chopper and chop it for about 4 minutes for the good results.
  5. Pour all the mixture into a bowl, add one egg mixed it with spatula or the hand.
  6. Now add bread carms, salt, garam masala and red chili powder, mixed it well with your hand.
  7. Now on the meduim flame, put a non-stick pan and add oil, heat it up for about 2 minutes.
  8. Now make kabab of the mixture, put one by one into the pan, after all the kababs ready cover it for 5 to 8 minutes.
  9. After 5 to 8 minutes, change the sides of the kababs, for about 10 minutes.
  10. Now at this stage, add 2 spoons of cream (it may be fresh or packet) mix it with the kabab and let it rest on the flame for about 5 minutes.
  11. Now cut onions into a round shape and sprinkle it on to the kababs.
  12. Now the kabab are ready for eating.
  13. Serve them with a roti, rice or with some raita.
  14. Hope you will like it.
