Fish in a Tomato Sauce
I opened the can of mackerel salad. It was red. It is a tomato paste infused product. Mixed with a variety of ingredients.
My first impression was chili. I had it on a saltine cracker. The flavor seemed to fit together well. Yes, it tastes like chili. Cold chili.
I paired it with a Rose flavored apple ale. My day was complete.
I do not think I will try another can, but perhaps it will become your personal favorite?
