Mouthwatering BBQ Chili Beef.



whenever we want to make spicy food, lots of us search for Asian country foods. like people of Pakistan make food that is full of spices and taste. If you have once eaten up this food the taste of Asian food can never be forgotten.
So, today I am going to tell you an amazing and delicious recipe for BBQ CHILLI BEEF.
This recipe is invented by me and it's so simple to make and takes less effort to prepare. You are going to enjoy this recipe a lot. My mouth-watering while publishing this recipe, because of the unforgettable flavor we had through the dish. Once you made this dish you are going to rock your dinner.

The ingredients I use are very simple so one could found them easily.

NOTE: I use beef meat you can use any kind of meat like chicken or mutton. In the case of chicken, you don't have to boil the chicken.

I divided the receipt into 4 parts:

1. Cut the Vegetable.

2. Prepare the beef.

3. Sauce preparation.

4. Assembling.

Step 1: Cut The Vegetables


  • Take washed capsicum.
  • Cut in small squares.

  • Take a small onion.
  • Peel it.
  • Wash it.
  • Cut it into cubes.

STEP 2 : Beef Marination And Beef Preparation

  • 1/2 kilogram beef, boiled
  • 1tablespoon garlic, paste
  • 1tablespoon ginger, paste
  • 1/2tablespoon black pepper, powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli, flakes
  • 2tablespoon vinegar
  • 2tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2tablespoon chilli sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tablespoon corinder, roasted and crushed
  • 1/2tablespoon cumin, roasted and crushed
  • 2tablespoon cornflour or cornstarch,
  • In a bowl add all spices and sauces in beef and cornflour mix it well and rest it for about 1hour.

Beef Preparation

  • Heat the pan add oil 3 tablespoons.
  • Add capsicum and fry it out for 3 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add onion and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • After that take out capsicum and onion from the pan and set them aside.
  • Add oil 3 tablespoons in the same pan.
  • Add marinated beef to it.
  • Switch flame high.
  • Cook for 5 minutes minimum on high flame and 10 minutes maximum on medium flame, until the beef, changes its color.
  • Tip: you can cook the beef on the stove. Just put the meat on the skewers, and cook on medium to high flame for 5 minutes.
  • Take small coal, red hot it.
  • Keep the foil in the mid of the pan.
  • Place red hot coal on it and spill oil on it.
  • When it starts to smoke, cover the pan with a lid and keep it for 10 minutes.

STEP 3: Sauce Preparation










Green chilli


Cut into small pieces



Sugar brown or white



To taste

Black pepper,



Red chili flakes


Soya sauce


Hot sauce








  • In a pan heat the oil at medium flame.
  • Add crushed garlic fry until the slight color change.
  • then add onion, fry until it becomes translucent.
  • Add green chili, cook for 1 min.
  • Now add ketchup and sugar. stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Now add red chili flakes, black pepper, salt to the pan.
  • dissolve water into cornflour, pour it into the pan, keep stirring cook on low flame.
  • Add soya sauce, chili sauce, honey, and vinegar.
  • cook until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Take small coal, red hot it.
  • Keep the foil in the mid of the pan.
  • Place red hot coal on it and spill oil on it.
  • When it starts to smoke, cover the pan with a lid and keep it for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes remove the lid take out the foil with coal.
  • Your bbq sauce is ready.

STEP 4: Assembling

  • Remove the lid from the sauce.
  • Take out the foil from the pan.
  • Add capsicum and onion at this point.
  • Add Prepare beef into the sauce.
  • mix it well.
  • turn on the flame and cover the pan, keep it for 5 minutes on a very low flame.
  • After 5 minutes turn off the flame.
  • Your yum yum bbq chili beef recipe is ready to serve.
  • Serve your recipe with plain rice.
