kids special recipe
Today children like to eat cutlets. So I have prepared. I have thought of making the children's favorite cutlet, it is delicious as well as good for health. I make it from the vegetables I have at home. So let's make cutlets.
- 4 large potatoes (boiled)
- 1 finely chopped capsicum
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- Green chili as per your requirement
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- turmeric powder
- maida or besan 1 bowl
First of all mash the potatoes.
Now add chopped vegetables to it.
Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric, chili, all lentils well in it. Make it like a roti dough.
Now heat oil in a pan. Keep in mind that oil is not too much, take as much as it can cook.
When the oil becomes hot, take little by little on the palm. Make a round shape and give it a flat shape.
Now serve with chutney.Very tasty.
Be it samosas or bhajiya-pakoras, cutlets, if there is anything special, then it is fun if you have chutney with it. The taste of food increases with chutney. Today I am going to tell very easy chutney. Which takes 5 minutes to make. And the chutney turns out to be somewhat different. So try this chutney.
In a mixer jar-
•2 bowl green coriander leaves
• 1 inch capsicum
• 1 inch ginger
• juice of half a lemon
•10/15 Roasted Peanuts (Singdana)
•1 green chili
Method of preparation:
Grind all together in a mixer jar to a fine paste.
After grinding, add lemon juice and salt to it.
The spicy chutney is ready. Now serve it with samosas, cutlets, bhajiyas.
Try something new everyday in lock down.
This is my special chutney.
And the cutlets are also very easy and delicious.
