Calcium

Vitamins

Important Vitamins are Vitamin-C, Vitamin-D, Vitamin-E, Vitamin-K, etc.

Vitamin-C

It is necessary for keeping teeth, gums and joints healthy. Sources are amla, lime, oranges and tomatoes.

Vitamin-D

It is necessary for normal growth of bones and teeth. Available in milk, fish, egg, butter and exposure to morning sunlight.

Vitamin-E

It is necessary for functioning of muscles and liver protection. Sources are green leafy vegetables, milk, butter, tomatoes and wheat gram oil.

Vitamin-K

For clothing of blood. Sources green leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage, and tomatoes and soya beans.
