Kebabs - a Sharp Stick and Some Variety Food
Kebabs
Some may put their Kebabs directly in the grill, but I chose to put them on aluminum foil. Perhaps the veggies would have browned quicker, and been more tender and sweet.
Ingredients
- steak
- onion
- pepper
- mushrooms
- pineapple
Marinade:
- red wine vinegar
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- honey
- nutmeg
- minced garlic
- black pepper
The combination of wet ingredients was very flavorful. I put the marinade in a 2 1/2 gallon Hefty ziplock bag. I had to be careful because the kebab sticks poked little holes in the plastic.
I used bamboo sticks.
