Jam Cookies - Thumbprints They Call Them
The new and improved peanut butter converts cookies, with an imbedded jam center.
Ingredients
Flour Mix:
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 sticks butter, melted
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Add Last:
- 1 package chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup jam
Since this is an upgraded version of my cookies from before, just mix as the last time, but squish a hole in center of some of the cookies with a melon baller and fill that same hole using same.

I set the timer for 10 minutes. I switched the cookies from the bottom to the top shelf.
So, I baked them at 375 for about 17 minutes. Then, I let them cool.
They are very good.
Store in a plastic covered box, and I put parchment paper between the layers.
