Fry sausage on medium until browned. Make sure it's broken up into small pieces. Add cream cheese, then parmesan.
At this point, I refrigerate it. I cut my jalapenos in half and remove the seeds. I soak my halves in heavy cream and milk. A couple days. This reduced the jalapeno burn.
- seasoned pork sausage
- parmesan cheese flakes
- cream cheese, onion and chive flavor
- heavy cream
30 minutes in grill. Until slightly charred on bottom of jalapeno. The cream will have browned as well.
I use aluminum foil and place the cold slices of jalapeno on the foil with a scoop of my cold cheese mixture. I start the grill at the same time I put the peppers in.
