Jackfruit smoothies are for me a great source of filling breakfast, when you are hurry and need something refreshing and energies and whiz up in a snap. Ripe jack fruit flesh puree is it self delicious but when it blend with coconut milk and ripe banana enhance the taste of the smoothies. The real taste of the jack fruit goes well with coconut milk. I have not added any sugar which I like the most about jack fruit smoothie, jack fruit it self natural sugar, you do not need to add any sugary and enjoy a sugar free dessert. Well this is a perfect seasonal smoothie which could be one of your dessert for any family get together.

serves 2 - 4
- 1 cup jack fruit, flesh
- 1 cup coconut, milk
- 1 banana, ripe
- 5-6 almond, skinned
- 4-5 ice cubes, cubes
- sugar as per the taste
First blend jack fruit flesh, almond and banana form a smoothie puree. Now add milk and ice cubes along with purees and blitz until thick smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy seasonal fruit smoothie.
