Idahoen - Instant Mashed Potatoes
I was making noodles, and since I normally just dump the noodles in a holey bowl, I decided to collect the two cups of boiling water I needed for my potatoes.
I plan to use them a different day, so it's a win win situation.

Get a fork ready. Put your boiling water in a bowl. Open the potato package. Pour powdered potatoes onto the water. Stir. Let potatoes absorb water.
I plan to mix them with egg another day and fry potato patties.

Then, I had leftover potatoes, stirred two eggs into them, fried glops in a frying pan with butter. Took about 29 minutes..
