For me, I find happiness when I cook delicious food for my family. I find it in my kitchen, this small part of the house has a special charm for me, I love many types of food, but the main ones are fish and shrimp. They are delicious, rich in protein, healthy and easy to cook at the same time in addition to being a great source of phosphorous, magnesium, niacin, vitamin A, D and B12 and contains a lot of omega 3. These nutrients are essential for the growth and improvement of the brains of children. For adults, it protects against strokes and heart disease, makes joints healthier, eyes brighter, skin glowing, contains essential nutrients plus is very important for weight loss which makes me feel a Pleasure in cooking, here are the best fish I like to eat.

These are my favorite types, no matter what individual preferences vary from person to person, but I prefer fresh and unfrozen. To me, fresh fish tastes better than frozen and saltwater fish is better than farmed fish where the meat is richer and redder when you taste the fish within an hour of catching the salted butter at a time, you won't taste anything better than that in my opinion. I prefer the juice and slices of lemon in the tuna in particular; I think it gives a delicious taste to all kinds of fish.

Prepare the ingredients:

  1. Tuna slices, as desired
  2. Lemon juice suitable for the quantity

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

You can also fry it easily instead of the oven with the same seasoning.
