How to make a pasta casserole with liver and giblets

the ingredients :

  • A quarter of a kilo of liver .
  • A quarter of a kilo of giblets.
  • Pasta bag .
  • Medium onion, finely grated.
  • 2 green and red peppers, finely chopped.
  • Half a kilo of tomatoes squeezed.


Method of boiling gizzards:

In a pot on the stove, put the water inside it until it boils, then put a small onion in it and put the spices, which are: a quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper, soft coriander, two grains of fine cardamom, 3 lori leaves, a cube of chicken broth, then put the gizzards on the fire until it boils for a quarter of an hour, Then we put it on a low heat until it is cooked.

The sauce method:

In a pan on the fire put two large spoons of oil, then put the squeezed tomatoes on them, with a tablespoon of tomato paste, a cube of chicken stock and a pinch of salt and black pepper, the most important thing is to control the taste, boil a quarter of an hour and then turn off the fire.

Liver method:

In a pan over the stove we put two large spoons of oil, go down with chopped onions and colored pepper. The first thing that wilts, we put the liver.

I do not want to flatten the liver, but only change its color. Garlic and onion powder, ground coriander, sumac, crushed lori leaves, Indian masala , and 2 minced garlic cloves.

How to prepare the recipe:

If there is no clay casserole, you can use a high pot on the sides, and remove the hands so that they do not burn in the oven.

Then we put the liver and giblets in it and put the pasta in it without boiling, then put the tomato sauce and then turn the sauce over from the whisk, do not go deep in the flipping.

Then we put boiling water covering the pasta, then cover the pan with foil paper, then enter a preheated oven, keep in the oven for 20 minutes, I hope you try it because it is very delicious.
