- Boil seven eggs until hard. Soak in cold water and peel.
- Kufta: For Kufa, mix the meat with all the ingredients and mix well. Divide into seven equal parts.
- Wrap a piece of meat around the egg and smooth it with your hands so that the meat shell forms around the egg until it is completely covered. Repeat for all remaining hard eggs. Put them all on a plate.

Stir for a few minutes, stir in the blender, put back in the pot, stir and add all the powdered spices and ginger-garlic over high heat. Add water and cook for ten minutes. Bring to a boil, add all the hot spices to the gravy. Boil until the kufta is cooked and the oil separates. Enjoy bread or boiled rice.
