Graham Balls Munchkins | Yummy Dessert for Everyone

We like to call it "Graham Balls Munchkins" or simply just "Munchkins"

When I was a kid, we used to make a lot of this because it is easy to make, the ingredients are easy to find and no need to cook. Graham balls munchkins is a dessert made of graham balls crumbs, cream and condensed milk. Here is a quick and easy recipe to follow, so ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 2 packs graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bag marshmallows, (optional)
  • 1 bag chocolate candy, (optional)
  • 1 pack chocolate sprinkles, (optional)
  • 1 pack candy sprinkle, (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the 1½ crushed graham with the condensed milk In a bowl. Make sure to mix it well and make sure it is not too wet or not too dry. Add a bit more crushed Grahams if it is wet and a bit more condensed milk if it is too dry.
  2. Scoop by tablespoonfuls amount of the mixture in your hand and flatten it a little bit with your fingers. I used a 1-inch diameter ice cream scoop to portion the Graham balls before rolling.
  3. Put a piece of chocolate candy or marshmallow in the center. So there will be a chocolate candy or marshmallow inside the ball when eaten.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls by rolling between palms of hands until smooth.
  5. Gently roll the Graham ball in candy sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles to make it more deliciously yummy.
  6. Refrigerate the Graham balls for about 10 minutes. Chill before serving.

Notes

You can just use other ingredients for the inside of the Graham balls and other ingredients to make the outside more deliciously yummy. Use an ice cream scoop to make portion the Graham balls before rolling. Make sure to refrigerate it before serving. I hope that you like it and Happy Eating. ENJOY!
