- 1 large Size Onion
- 2 large Size Potatoes
- 3 Green chillies
- Few leaves of Spinach
- Half cup Cabbage
- 2 Tablespoon red chillies
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
- 1 Tablespoon white cumin seeds
- Half Tablespoon coriander Powder
- Gram Flour, as needed
- Water, as needed
- Cooking oil, For Frying

Instructions
- Cut All the vegetables into Small pieces
- Then take a bowl added All the vegetables and spices into it.
- Then added Gram Flour as required
- Mix Them all the ingredients very well
- Now take a Frying pan
- Add 2 cup oil in it
- When the oil Become Hot.
- Take a spoon and added one by one in it
- Cook For at least 5 to 8 minutes
- Now you're Yummy and Crispy Fritters is ready
