The Best Creamy Guacamole Recipe
Your quest for finding the best homemade guacamole is over. Once you try this recipe it will be your go to for quick snacks and entertaining. The key is to use fresh ingredients and have fun while in the kitchen.
My special secret ingredient gives the guacamole it's creamy texture. This creamy guacamole recipe will be your favorite. That's what I'm hoping for anyhow.
Go ahead, give your taste-buds some excitement.
3 medium avocados, pitted and mashed
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup Sir Kensington's classic vegan mayo
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion (red onion if you prefer)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Combine the avocados, mayo and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir just a bit til you reach your desired creaminess. Add the tomatoes, onions and garlic salt to taste. Blend together and taste. Add more lemon juice if desired. Serve with tortilla chips or on a salad or sandwich. Serve this delicious guac anyway you like.
Tip: You can substitute the garlic salt with table salt and fresh diced garlic.
Tip: To keep your guac from browning press it down in the bowl with a spoon. Add a thin layer of water on top and refrigerate. When ready to eat poor off the water and stir. The guacamole will stay fresh 2 or 3 days in the refrigerator.
