Today I will tell you about Kashmiri tea.its delicious in taste and easy to make

Kashmiri Tea (Pink Tea)

  • Kashmiri Tea is organised from Kashmir valley,it is a mixture of milk and dry fruits, you can serve it on different events,
  • It is easy to make and to much delicious in Taste


  • 1 litter Milk
  • 20 Gram Grind Pistachios
  • 3 Star anise
  • 7 cardamom
  • 2 Glass Cold water
  • Salt, as needed
  • 20 Gram Grind Almonds
  • 3 Tablespoons Kashmiri Tea
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking soda
  • Sugar, as needed


For Preparing Kashmiri Tea

  • plate
  • 2 Small bowls
  • 1 Glass
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon

For cooking Kashmiri Tea

  • Small Pot
  • Ladle Spoon

  1. Take a water in pot and add Kashmiri Tea, star anise,cardamom, cinnamon, salt and baking soda
  2. Cook until water reduced to half.
  3. Then Add cold water in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
  4. Then turned off the flame and strain the water
  5. Now kahwa is ready
  6. Now take a pot and add milk,almonds ,pistachios ,sugar and cook for atleast 5 to 7 minutes on low flame.
  7. Now add prepared khawa in it and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
  8. Now you're Delicious Tea is ready.
