People who don't like pizza can hardly be found. But since they do not know how to make this dish at home, almost everyone eats it in restaurants. But if the restaurant's flavoured pizza can be made at home, then it will be possible to use all the ingredients that are free from contaminants, as well as ensure healthy food.

That would take to make pizza dough:

  • 2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 1 teaspoon East
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • oil as needed
  • water as needed

What it takes to make a pizza sauce:

  • 1kg tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 teaspoon garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • oil as needed
  • salt as needed
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Vinegar as needed

What it takes to make a pizza:

  • pizza dough as needed
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushroom, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • capsicum as needed, chopped
  • 2 eggs poach
  • Cheese as needed
  • as needed chicken in thin slices and boiled with salt and chilli powder

There are several steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for making pizza. These are highlighted below-

Mix all the ingredients to make pizza dough and cover the mouth with water for 1 hour in a warm place. Then divide the bread into chunks as you like and bake in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and remove from the oven.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze thejuice. Heat oil, fry garlic and onion in it, soften it, stir it with pepper, salt and sugar for a while, stir it a little more with tomato and take it down with the rest of the ingredients. Then blend in a blender to make the sauce.


1. Fry the boiled chicken with a little sauce. If you want to use sausage, cut it into rounds and fry it with sauce.

2. Then spread pizza sauce on the baked dough and put cheese on it.

3. Then arrange all the ingredients except the eggs one by one on top of the pizza dough.

4. Now bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees and take it out of the oven.

5. Now, bake the chilli powder, black pepper, oregano and cheese with the poached egg on the pizza for about two minutes. Now it's your pizza.

6. Serve hot with family.
