Well,I don't think there is anything that can go wrong with that scrumptious bowl of thick, gooey ,spicy and warm bowl of sauce. Drizzle them on salads...pour it over those lavish pasta or slather a thick layer on your sandwiches. They instantly uplift any mundane recipe to significantly restaurant style.Every country has there own style and favourites. Easy to make, economical on budget and high on taste buds.Sauces make my world go round. I’ve always been obsessed with them. I just can't workout my meals without them. Though there are hundreds of ways to make sauces and all of them are good but I have my pet favourites. Trust me these sauces can go with anything and everything, and just by mastering there recipes of sauces you will be no less than a master chef.

Gooey Garlic Sauce

Gooey Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp unfiltered honey

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium high for few seconds or until well mixed. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. If dressing solidifies when cold, let sit at room temperature until liquid.

Ingredients.

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup tahini

1–2 chipotles in adobo sauce

1 small clove of garlic

juice of 1 orange (about 1/4 cup)

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

Blend all the sauce ingredients together in a small blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.

Dip, dunk, drizzle, and be utterly amazed.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeño pepper, ribs and seeds removed
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tablespoon freeze-dried dill
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions
Blend all the sauce ingredients together in a small blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.

Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, Meyer lemon if you can find it
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
Salt to taste I use 1 teaspoon

Instructions
Add the garlic cloves and chunked shallots into the processor. Blend until it starts to get chopped, but try to keep it chunky.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, parsley/cilantro, paprika, chipotle powder, salt, cumin and red pepper flakes. Blend until it mixes and comes together. Don’t turn it into liquid, you just chop all this up but still let it have some texture.
