This is a quick and easy recipe to make. If you love salmon then you will love this recipe. My mom has been making this for years so I thought I would write it down so other people can try it. This recipe is great because you can either use bread crumbs or biscuits. My mom usually uses bread crumbs but this time she used the biscuits that she had made the other night, and it was great. I hope you like this salmon loaf as my family loves it.

Serves about 6 people
- 1 tall can salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 5 TBSP milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs or biscuits
- 3 TBSP butter, melted
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Grease a loaf pan then pour the ingredients into the pan. Place in the oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
