- 10 Gms Ginger, Crushed
- 5 Gms Cinnamon
- 5 Gms Giloy, Powder
- 10 ml Fresh Honey
- 3 Gms Cloves, Crushed
- 5 Gms Green cardamons, Pounded
- 5 Gms Tea leaf
- 5 Gms Black peppercorn, Crushed
- Take mineral water ,transfer it in the sauce pan and start boiling it.
- Now start adding all the ingredients mentioned in the ingredient list except Honey .
- Keep all the ingredients boiling for atleast 10 to 15 mints so that you get proper flavours of all the herbs and aromats properly.
- Now, finally off the fire and filter your immunity booster tea . Just before serving you can add the honey and mix well and serve hot .
