  • Celery
  • Green apples
  • Water

For the celery and green apple healthy smoothie, you can wash and dry two green apples, and three celery stalks. The celery stalks can be cut in half.

Put the water into the blender first, then submerge the halved celery stalks and green apples, cut into slices into the water in the blender. Blend all ingredients well. The less water you use, the more rich and strong the flavor of the smoothie will be. Depending on taste, 8-12 ounces of water will be a good amount to blend with these celery and green apple ingredients.

For the carrot, orange and peach healthy smoothie, you will need:

  • Minute Maid Premium Kids+ orange juice (with vitamins A, B1, C, D & E)
  • Harris Teeter Organics Peach Slices in 100% peach and pear juices form concentrate
  • Raw baby carrots
  • Bottled water such as Deer Park brand

In the blender, you will be blending one cup of the orange juice, one can of the peach slices, several baby carrots to suit your taste and ½ cup bottled water.

All that you will need for the broccoli and pear healthy smoothie are two ingredients. They are:

Hi Kristen, Thanks very much for posting a comment to this healthy smoothie recipes article. If you are unable to find a Harris Teeter located conveniently close to where you live, you can substitute the items such as the Harris Teeter canned peaches and Harris Teeter canned pears with canned peaches and canned pears from different store brands or brand names.

Hi peachy, Thanks so much for your comment posted to these smoothie recipes. When I prepare a batch of any of these smoothies in the blender, it is usually used up by the family within 2 days. That should be fine for you to keep it in the fridge for two days. Some settling may occur and you will want to stir the smoothie before drinking.
