  • Minute Maid Premium Kids+ orange juice (with vitamins A, B1, C, D & E)
  • Harris Teeter Organics Peach Slices in 100% peach and pear juices form concentrate
  • Raw baby carrots
  • Bottled water such as Deer Park brand

In the blender, you will be blending one cup of the orange juice, one can of the peach slices, several baby carrots to suit your taste and ½ cup bottled water.

A good estimate is that 6-8 large broccoli florets will be needed per can of pear halves. You can make this broccoli and pear smoothie in larger batches to serve more quantities of people as needed.

Hi Kristen, Thanks very much for posting a comment to this healthy smoothie recipes article. If you are unable to find a Harris Teeter located conveniently close to where you live, you can substitute the items such as the Harris Teeter canned peaches and Harris Teeter canned pears with canned peaches and canned pears from different store brands or brand names.

Hi peachy, Thanks so much for your comment posted to these smoothie recipes. When I prepare a batch of any of these smoothies in the blender, it is usually used up by the family within 2 days. That should be fine for you to keep it in the fridge for two days. Some settling may occur and you will want to stir the smoothie before drinking.
